At Boston Proper, we are committed to your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 60 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
